Users must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
Neodoot acts solely as a service provider and is not responsible for user-generated content or consent violations
5. Compliance with Meta (WhatsApp) Policies
Use of Neodoot’s services is subject to compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API terms and policies
Violations of Meta policies may result in account suspension, restricted access, or permanent termination
Neodoot is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Meta due to user misconduct
6. Limitation of Liability
Neodoot shall not be liable for:
Business losses, revenue loss, or service disruptions caused by policy violations, third-party services, or external platform dependencies
Account suspensions imposed by Meta due to non-compliant usage
7. Termination of Service
Neodoot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if:

Illegal, abusive, or non-compliant activities are detected
